Patch started with experience in construction technology and a simple observation: homeowners often need a sense of cost long before they’re ready for a contractor’s quote.
We’re building a tool that helps Realtors and their clients explore exterior improvements whether it’s the roof, siding, the driveway, decks or patio. The goal is simple: start with a photo and a few project details, understand a potential budget and connect with a local pro when ready.

These planning ranges won’t replace a contractor’s quote. Final pricing will depend on measurments, site conditions, materials and the labour involved.

Receive 2.5% of the pre-tax amount collected on an eligible completed project. A $20,000 project would mean a $500 referral fee.*
*Referral fees are subject to partner terms, eligibility and applicable brokerage and disclosure requirements. Payment follows project completion and collection of the client’s payment.
